They don't follow up, they don't send emails, they don't tell you of delays, and when you do get a response they're not very nice frankly their customer service needs a lot of development. I ordered their Roto back In December and it's been so many months and still haven't gotten it shipped. They have no problem taking your money and they won't tell you if something is back ordered or about delays. Still to this day I have not received my ROTO. It's been six months. — Trustpilot
