While in Alaska there is Barnacle foods everywhere. I use their hot sauce which is actually hot and delicious, adds a good kick to any sandwich or fries. I love their spruce tip jelly it��s delicious.

This review is specifically for the Kelp Chili crisp that a really great relative brought me from their trip up there. Although I was late to the chili crisp party I have tried several types and although I didn't think it would work the kelp added a nice flavor layer.
