Defective ring issue
I have been trying for many months to get a response from Belk's in-store and online customer service regarding a defective ring. This ring, purchased with a lifetime protection plan, has had stones fall out multiple times.
Worst store experience
Belk doesn't even deserve one star! Do not waste your time or your money on Belk. It is the worst store on the planet.
