What reviewers say about Bergeron's Boudin & Cajun Meats

SBJ Lunch Review: Bergeron’s Boudin & Cajun Meats
All of it was hot and fresh. The food wasn’t as “Cajun” tasting as I hoped for, but hey, it beats a three-plus hour drive to south Louisiana. I give Bergeron’s Boudin & Cajun Meats a solid Three Forks.

Bergeron’s Boudin and Cajun Meats - Port Allen, LA | Review & What to Eat
The boudin and cracklin’ are both distinctive in their own way. The cracklin’ is firmer and more porky than others, and the boudin is almost all meat. The smoked links are smoky enough that the flavor lingers on taste buds for hours.

About this listing

Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
