Marqués de Cáceres Cava Brut is a very affordable non-pretentious sparkler. The pleasant aromas feature white flowers, herbs, almonds, apples, and citrus. On the palate, the aromas follow through with a mix of orchard fruit, toast, wet stone, and hints of mineral flavors.

It is spicy, a bit rough (but in a good way), and complex. A typical Rioja wine in many ways. Marqués de Cáceres is a very good winery.
