What reviewers say about Casa Silva

Carmenere, Los Lingues Vineyard 2021
Deep ruby with a violet rim. On the nose, intense, with notes of ripe black fruits with hints of wild forest fruits. On the palate, good balance between fruit and oak, good structure, powerful, sweet and round tannins, and notes of boysenberries and hints of tobacco.

Casa Silva Los Lingues Gran Reserva Carménère
The wine tastes of lots of blackberry and blueberry flavors but also spice, oak and herb notes. This wine has lots of sweet fruit but it doesn’t overwhelm. The Casa Silva finishes with a good amount of oak and a little lingering tobacco.

Awards and Recognition
Most awarded Chilean winery in the 21st century. Named Best Winery of Chile 2020 by Catad'Or Wine Awards. Multiple high scores including 91 James Suckling, 90 Wine Enthusiast, 92 Wine Spectator.

About this listing

Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
