Cheese review No.1 - Cathedral City Extra Mature Cheddar
Not the most interesting cheese ever, but still a pretty good one. Not a great deal of complexity to it, but a nice strong but mellow cheddar flavour.
Today's Review: Cathedral City Sweet Chilli Mature Cheddar
It's not an overly spicy element, but there's a lovely undertone of heat that sticks around for a while after the cheese is gone, accompanied by a nice peppery flavour.
