Work Culture Changes
Work culture went downhill fast. Cengage Group was a good place to work, for years. It really changed with outsourcing and management changes.
Labs and Command Line Issues
I went through it in school and we all hated it as well. The labs don't work as expected, the command line is very picky and the information isn't always right.
