2016 Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cépages Wine Review
This is an excellent wine. A proprietary blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. The nose has cassis, tobacco, soy sauce and spice. Full bodied. Medium tannins. Good balance.
Chateau St. Jean Winery Tasting
The palate offers dense black raspberry and black cherry flavors, with dried strawberry and black pepper. Velvety tannins contribute to the medium-body.
Chateau St. Jean Winery: 2026 Review
Jean Winery provides downright good vibes and stunning scenery. The Belle Terre Experience is one of my favorites with a curated flight of five selections.
Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
