Failed Products, Bad Install Policies, Chaos, No Common Sense. A. The seals on the windows do not last. I've replaced several over the years and am in the midst of replacing 3 more under warranty due to seal failures.
Like others who have left reviews, I submitted a warranty claim which has gone unanswered for more than a month. Our house is less than 4 yrs old and multiple windows have lost their seal creating cloudy windows.
I have been waiting months for a simple replacement part for some of my Great Lakes Windows (warranty request PG-REMOVED-M6V7R4). When I call the telephone number, it is all automated and no one to speak to.
