I have never had an issue with them. The reason that you only see complaints is because people who have a good experience don't make posts about it.
Multiple Orders
I have placed maybe 10 or 11 orders with them and have NEVER had an issue. Sometimes preorders take longer than the initial estimate, but that is to be expected. But everything has always arrived well packaged and undamaged.
Good Customer Service
I've never had a bad experience from there. And the one time something was broken (One Piece figure) I contacted customer service, they responded quick, told me to keep the broken figure, and sent me a new one without charge.
