Excellent customer service from Cycliq. I had an issue with the mounting interface on my Fly12 Sport, where one of the plastic locking tabs had broken. They asked me to return my Fly12 Sport for inspection and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

I've had the Fly6 since April of 2016, and the Fly12 since September of 2016. I've recorded thousands of hours of footage with them.
