2016 Domaine Carneros Le Rêve Wine Review
Grade A-. Made entirely from 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs). Silvery/gold/green in color with a nice mousse of tiny bubbles. The nose is lovely with limes, ginger, slight brioche and pears. Full bodied. Very smooth. On the palate there are flavors of limes, pears, slight gun powder and ginger. Long finish.
