FEISOL Tripods - how durable compared to RRS/Gitzo?
I would rate the Feisol as having roughly comparable durability to the Gitzo, but not as good as RRS. Feisol is made in Taiwan and for those not familiar with the country they produce product that is rebranded by German and Japanese companies.

In this video I review the Feisol ct 3472 tripod. I found this tripod to be the best fit for me. Its light, but still sturdy enough to use with large heavy lenses.
