We took possession of the new build property from [builder] that comes with GAF solar panel on May 27, 2026. Per builder, all it take is to activate to enjoy the solar feature. However as of today, Sep 10, 2026, over 3 months since the purchase date, GAF is still unable to activate the solar feature
GAF energy installed our solar panels on our new construction home and have been nothing but a nightmare. There is no communication with this company, they dont return emails. When you do call you have to be patched through multiple outsourcing centers and still dont get an answer.
I've been going through nightmares trying to get my solar up and running. Before I start please report them to [removed], California's Attorney General, CSLB, DFPI, San Jacinto Mayor and our neighbors so we can help other people not go through what we are going...
