The Sourdough Pretzels At This Bakershop In Pennsylvania Are So Good, They’re Worth A Road Trip
Hammond’s sourdough pretzels offer a complex flavor profile – tangy, malty, slightly sweet, with that distinctive pretzel backbone that comes from the traditional lye bath before baking. Some foods justify a special journey, and Hammond’s sourdough pretzels unquestionably belong in that category.
Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
