Not much is positive in atmosphere of constant turmoil. Cannot trust this company. Is a stressful environment. Training is really lacking.

Poor work ethic. Does not pay for overtime. No help and expects you to work more than 80 hours a week with no pay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. HealthSmart has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever dealt with in healthcare.
