I will start off by saying that I am a Lefse snob. It is my absolute favorite food when done correctly. Unfortunately my grandma passed away several years ago; but next to her recipe, Jacob's is the best I have found in MN. Highly recommend trying it.
Delicious Lefse!
We made our annual visit to Jacob's this weekend...always purchase lefse. They also have fresh baked almond cake, flatbread, and almond cookies. There is a cute little shop with a variety of Scandinavian items.
