JCPenney is a horrible company
JCPenney is a horrible company. I paid off my balance of $44.00 and JCPENNEY reported me as delinquent although I paid automatically debited from my account and the balance was completely paid off when it was time. The company and the customer service is atrocious and the items and products are not as advertised.
JCPenney is honestly hit or miss
JCPenney is honestly hit or miss these days. I still shop here occasionally because they do have decent sales and you can sometimes find good-quality clothes for reasonable prices, especially for basics and seasonal items. The in-store staff at my local location were polite and helpful.
Talking to Jcpenny customer service
Talking to Jcpenny customer service rep, she was very confusing, I will not longer use my credit card for future purchases.
Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
