I had seen enough photos to know what to expect when I stopped by Juneau’s last week. The pork tenderloin was perfect—though next time I��d love to try a seafood cream cheese stuffing. The potatoes had the perfect amount of kick and complemented the pork well.

Their smoked boudin is my second favorite boudin after Mr Ts in Elton. I have about 10 lbs of it in my freezer as we speak and I always stop there on the rare occasion that I am in marksville.
