Do not waste your time
Horrible customer service. Purchased a bike as a birthday present came damaged had to fight with them to even try and get replacement parts. They would not swap out the bike.
Terrible refund policy and rude customer service
I found online that the chainguard they have would fit my son’s bike, turns out it was not long enough. I emailed them to see if I could get a refund and if they happened to have a different size.
What a piece of junk
My grandson recieved a bike for his birthday in late April by early June the chain broke and was replaced 3 times, front and back k shifters broke and a tooth of the sprocket broke off. They will not stand behind thier product without a receipt which is impossible to get.
