Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my Lang 36 Smoker. Just tried my first smoke today of some ribs... As advertised, all I had to do was call the Lang office and ask for Ben's assistance. He was on the phone in a minute and helped me through my problem... I'm really happy to be an owner of a Lang.
