Customer Service Review
I have had this device replaced 3 times and when it works it does fine but the support team at Magellan are very difficult to get in touch with. Have explained that the charging cradle is bad and haven't had any response from them yet.
Device Registration Issues
It's been more than 2 years and I need updates, but I have never been able to register my device. I have tried using every old and current email address... When I write directly to their multiple email address, they do not respond to any of my email requests for support.
TR7 Usability and Support
This company has isolated itself so that you cannot get any information from a live person. You cannot talk to anyone in 'customer service' nor can you contact the company's headquarters. The TR7 is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all.
