I have owned my MW 2155R for about 11 years now and love it. It's not perfect, but it is manageable and has a great sound - better than most tubas.

It seemed heavier built, with thicker brass, heavier bracing, and more nickel silver trim. Still, I thought it played just fine and it did everything I needed.
