Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service, had to send them 4 different emails just to get them to reply back about my order. Item wasn't even in stock but the website showed it as available.
Very BAD customer service
Person answering the phone just want to get rid of you as fast as possible! They have wrong info on one of the models they have.

They were helpful at first but less so as time went by. I kept checking every month or so about my item with little to no feedback. Never again.
