Very good customer service. And good quality products. I managed to brake one of the plug together buckles on some soft luggage. Asked Oxford products if they do spares and they sent me 2, free of charge.
Faultless customer service
Faultless customer service. We bought an Oxford Little Explorer bike seat for our toddler earlier this year and sadly lost one of the bolts off the end of the foot rests. I contacted customer service yesterday to ask how I could order a replacement and they have sent four replacement bolts out which arrived today.
