I have been eating RAPA scrapple since I was a child. I find it to be the best brand available in Eastern NC. It is a relatively mild-flavored scrapple with more flavor/less non-pork filler ingredients like cornmeal or buckwheat than some of its competitors and noticeably less fat than some other brands.

I have been eating RAPA scrapple for over 60 years. I have tried other brands but none come close to the taste and quality of RAPA. I no longer live in the Delaware valley, but I make sure to bring some home every time I come back to the area.

I was raised on RAPA Scrapple. I lived in Seaford DE, just a few miles from Bridgeville. I now live in North Carolina and am SO happy that my local Food Lion carries RAPA.
