Customer service is amazing. I am more than happy with my experience buying for rhino walk. I bought a rear Fender bag off of Amazon, and after a couple months the side pockets, stop the zipping correctly. They sent me a new bag replacement.

Anyone use Rhinowalk?
I have the two 28L saddle bags and the 30L tail bag, the saddle bags live on there, and they've held up well and I've dumped the bike a hand full of times with no rips, the 30L goes on for the long touring rides and holds all my camping gear, that bag is tough, I like that one it's high quality for sure.
