This place is an absolute JOKE. We ordered four area, rugs and mats, and we received an email stating the rugs would ship in two days.
terrible service, lies about arrival dates, no flexibility when you are moving, unhelpful
Ordered a rug 2-18-26 around 9am. Their website shows same day shipping if before 1pm.I paid $49.99 for 2 day shipping. It is now several days past that and it hasnt even left the company according to tracking.
