Incompetent people who are lazy...
Incompetent people who are lazy and tend to lie and give you wrong information. I’ve spent so much time chatting with agents, but they still can’t send me my e-gift card to my email address correctly or provide the right amount, and they say to wait. Horrible experience with customer service.
I’m honestly blown away by how bad...
They shipped a $1,000 order to the wrong address, acknowledged it, and said they’d refund me, but months later nothing happened. I’ve called multiple times (at least 6), getting empty scripts like “We’ll escalate it” with no follow-up.
Received used dress
My dress came in and it was altered. I called to get a discount being I received a used dress. They refused. So I paid over for a used dress. I could not return it because I needed to wear it for my daughters rehearsal dinner and had no time.
