I see people's complaints are mostly about customer service mainly inside the stores . These stores are individually operated and managed. One thing that I do know for sure is that I have put nothing but Shell gas in my 2007 BMW 525i with 130000 mi. We are the only owners and this baby runs just as
We have been Shell Fuel Rewards Members for decades... the service snd customer service just keeps getting worse. No one knows what they're doing and they purposely put you on hold for half an hour to an hour just to hang up without resolving anything. The apps are glitchy, the pumps are glitchy
worst service i have ever had with any company. I will not longer buy shell oil. These people are in hell, when it comes to helping their customers. Don't deal with them or even try.!!!!!
