What reviewers say about Tramontina

The brand new stainless steel pot started pitting after a single use. Reached out to customer service and was told its from adding salt to the pot full of water prior to the water boiling. They refused to warranty the item. Nowhere in their poorly written care instructions was this mentioned.

Horrible customer service. They do not honor their warranty and they never answer their phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Houston area and will also be filing a complaint with the FTC under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act . They need to be held to account.

About this listing

Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
