Several years ago, 2006 to be specific, I bought a leather A-2 from http://www.uswings.com It seemed like a very nice leather jacket and the customer service was exceptional.

Based on my experience I would say the US Wings medium fits more like a size 44 regular. The leather was very nice, with all the goatskin panels matching and very supple, stitching was very good and the color was nice and consistent.
