What reviewers say about Viña Tondonia

R López de Heredia, Viña Tondonia Reserva, Rioja 2008
A classic Rioja, yes, but one with its own beautiful, distinctive signature. Here is a wine so elegant and graceful, so silky in texture and so remarkably fresh and balanced between wild strawberry, cherry, a whiff of incense and savoury, truffle notes. Long, fine, tapering finish.

2012 López de Heredia "Viña Tondonia" Reserva Rioja
Incredibly savory on the finish, this is one of the best “old school” Riojas out there, offering up loads of complexity and nuance.

About this listing

Headquarters and manufacturing are recorded separately, because they are often different places: a brand headquartered in one country frequently manufactures in another. Tabarnam lists what the catalog holds and marks the rest unknown. Entries come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — production moves.
