Field and Judith are very nice hosts. The cider is delicious; as a fledgling cider and wine maker, Field shared some experience and Judith and I spoke about the beauty and grace of apples. They’re the real thing. Will be back.
Cider Review: West County Cider's Quince Redfield-Cortland
Lemon curd, pineapple, and homemade applesauce, what’s not to love here? The Quince Redfield Cortland brings strong levels of spark, high acidity, and medium tannins. It’s such a pleasing melange.

Very nice Carmel notes, pear acidity, and back on the tongue tannins. Very light carbonation.
