I love Zaful. All of the clothing are stylish and good quality. I’ve only had a problem with them once my parcel went missing. I emailed customer service and they got back to me straight away and refunded me all of my money. Also the sizes do run small I would advise you always get 1 or 2 sizes bigger.
AWFUL customer service
AWFUL - just impossible to reach poor customer service you have to reply to a support centre which if difficult to reach there are many much better clothing companies out there.

These are cheap and cheerful clothes they are not meant to last. If I didn't get these clothes for free I would be absolutely LIVID. You really can't tell what you will get on there.
